Sarah - Co-owner & Senior Therapist

Our lovely salon owner and extremely talented therapist. Sarah brings over 30 years of experience, patience and warmth to the salon, and puts so much love into every single treatment she does. She ensures the client experience in salon is second to none, and teaches her knowledge and impeccable high standards to all ‘The Girls’ she works alongside.

FAVOURITE TREATMENT TO DO.

Semi permanent brows / microblading (we wouldn't expect anything else from our brow queeni) sarah has been doing semi permanent makeup for 22 years and is extremely passionate about brows. She loves the way a set of brows can totally change someones appearance and give her clients huge amounts of confidence.

FAVOURITE TREATMENT TO HAVE DONE.

Laser hair removal. Sarah is always super busy so this treatment gives her one less thing to think about . No more worrying about shaving or waxing.

TOP PRODUCT.

This was a tough decision as Sarah only brings products into salon that she truly loves and believes in. But her number one is the Alumier tinted SPF. The versatile tint gives a delicious glow to all skin tones, and it is so important to use an SPF daily (even on a cloudy day!), to protect the skin and prevent premature ageing.

GOALS.

Sarah's goals are to continue to keep staff and clients safe in salon and to continue to make clients feel as wonderful as possible using one or other of her little tweaks (whichever treatment that might be) to make clients feel beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside.

Belle - Co-owner & Senior Therapist

Belle has been helping in the salon since 2014 and joined us full time in 2019, having already built up a regular client base for her nails. She's since expanded her treatment list and had a busy 2021 qualifying at level 3 and training in microblading.

FAVOURITE TREATMENT TO DO.

Microblading! Belle finds it so rewarding to see how this can transform someone's brows and give them immediate confidence in themselves.

FAVOURITE TREATMENT TO HAVE DONE.

Apart from brows (of course!) Belle's go to treatment is LVL. She loves how it's natural but transforms the eyes and makes the lashes look longer and more full. Plus it's low maintenance with results lasting 6-8 weeks!

TOP PRODUCT.

Hydra light moisturiser from alumier. Moisturiser is an absolute essential for Belle and although she loves the whole Alumier range this would be the product she couldn't go without.

2022 GOALS.

Belle hopes to try and be the best beauty therapist she can for her clients, push herself to learn new things and improve her skills.

Natalie - Senior Beauty Therapist

Natalie first joined the team in 2011 on reception, progressing to qualify as a beauty therapist in 2013. Natalie has built up a very regular clientele over her years in the salon, and helps to keep things organised as well as making sure the client experience is always an excellent one.

Natalie enjoys all of the treatments she offers at Beauty with Sarah, but she also takes great pride in her exemplary customer service skills which she has provided for over ten years. She loves to make clients feel welcome and comfortable whether this is on the phone, at reception or during a treatment.

FAVOURITE TREATMENT TO HAVE DONE.

Aroma Back Massage - This 30 minute treatment helps to relieve tension in the neck and back. Natalie finds it so peaceful and relaxing to have done and also nice to have some quiet time away from life.

TOP PRODUCT.

Alumier tinted SPF. This is one of the secrets behind Natalie's dewy glow on her skin, it also helps to keep her skin protected from daily sun exposure.

Ciara - Beauty Therapist

Ciara joined the Beauty with Sarah team in September 2021 as a Level 2 qualified beauty therapist and completed her Level 3 qualification in May 2022. Since joining BWS she has attended a variety of advanced training courses to expand her skills. Ciara enjoys catching up with her clients and says working here feels like spending the day with close friends.

Ciara’s favourite treatment to do is LVL and brows. She loves how relaxing the treatment is, how instant the results are and how amazed clients are too!

FAVOURITE TREATMENT TO HAVE DONE.

Ciara favourite treatment to have done is a brow wax and tint. She doesn’t feel complete without her brows, and it helps to make her feel put together and ready for the day!

TOP PRODUCT.

Ciara’s top product has to be the Will Powders Cherry Electrotide! She has one most mornings and it helps her to feel rehydrated and replenished and an absolute must have!

GOALS.

Ciara’s goals for this coming year is to carry on being her enthusiastic self. Ciara’s favourite thing about coming into work is putting a smile on peoples faces and making people laugh. She hopes to keep improving on her skills to become the best therapist she can be.

Hermione - Beauty Therapist

I joined the Beauty with Sarah team in October 2023 after completing my level 2 and 3 qualifications in Beauty Therapy

When I am not in the salon, you’ll almost always find me outdoors spending my free time with my two horses Quinn and Joey. They’re my happy place and bring balance to my busy beauty world.

I love my job because it mixes creativity with care. I get to pamper people, make them shine and create results that make them feel amazing.

Ruby - Beauty Therapist

I’m Ruby, and I’m so excited to introduce myself. I completed my Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification in May 2025, and since then I’ve absolutely loved working full time in the salon. I’ve worked here for five years now — I first started out as a Saturday girl, and I’ve loved every step of progressing into the beauty therapist I am today. Now that I’ve finished studying, I’m really looking forward to extending my knowledge even further by taking extra courses and continuing to grow my skills. Meeting new people, chatting with clients, and building those lovely day-to-day connections is one of my favourite parts of the job.

I’m passionate about making people feel good about themselves. There’s nothing better than seeing someone leave with a smile, feeling more confident, relaxed, or refreshed than when they arrived.

My absolute favourite treatment to do is ear piercing. I just love the happiness it brings — the excitement, the boost of confidence, and being part of a moment that feels special for clients of all ages.

My favourite product has to be the WillPowders protein powder. I love it because it’s clean, simple, and really supports overall wellbeing. It’s such an easy way to feel good from the inside out, and I love recommending it to clients who ask about products I personally enjoy.

Amanda - Head of Client Happiness, Social Media & Marketing

Amanda has been working with Sarah as a freelance graphic designer since 2016. Since 2023, she has also managed the customer service, social media, and marketing for the Salon.

WHAT DOES THE JOB ROLE INVOLVE.

Amanda's role involves creating and managing all marketing content, working alongside Sarah. She communicates with clients via email and social media. She also manages bookings, takes treatment deposits, and handles inquiries about all aspects of "BWS". Additionally, she creates the posts that you see on our Instagram and Facebook pages and responds to all your lovely comments.

FAVOURITE THING ABOUT THE JOB.

Amanda enjoys utilising her creativity to create engaging and relevant posts, while also leveraging her organisational skills and customer service experience to ensure clients have the best possible experience from their first enquiry.
